At Concord Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are properly protected to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
